🧼 Residential Cleaners

We’re looking for detail-oriented cleaners to help keep our units move-in ready. From apartment turnovers to common area upkeep, your role is key in making a strong first impression on new tenants. Experience preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Deep cleaning units between tenants

• Maintaining cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms

• Reporting issues to building managers

🎨 Painters

Our units undergo regular updates, and we need painters who take pride in clean lines and consistent finishes. This is perfect for contractors or those with painting experience looking for flexible, reliable work.

Responsibilities:

• Painting interiors during renovations and unit flips

• Surface prep and cleanup

• Light drywall patching and repairs

🔧 Facility Maintenance

Our maintenance team is at the heart of tenant satisfaction. If you’re skilled with tools and like solving problems, this is for you. You’ll handle day-to-day upkeep across multiple buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to minor repair requests

• Performing regular maintenance checks

• Coordinating with licensed trades when needed
